West executive produced this commercial for The Metal Roof Company in Columbus, Ohio. She worked with the client on two concepts: The first was a standard, simple product commercial and the second was a little more rock n’ roll. The client chose the second concept titled “Metal is Forever,” and used heavy metal music, cars, and roofing to sell the concept that “metal” things last forever.
