In the short film narrative space, 11/1 Productions and Writer-Producer Steph West have earned multiple nominations and awards, including an Emmy-nomination (regional) in cinematography (Gil Whitney, DP) for the short film Olsky. Short film Cynisca Reborn earned several film festival acceptances and nominations, including Best Short Film, Best Director nominee Steph West, and Best Performance nominee Karen M. Chan nominations at the Treasure Coast International Film Festival.
The short film Revenge, Inc., starring and written by Dianna Craig, and directed and produced by Steph West (11/1 Productions), played at the 18th annual Atlanta Underground Film Festival in Atlanta, Ga., as an Official Selection within the “Vengeance is Mine” shorts programming block. It also picked up selections at the Macabre Faire Film Festival; the Toronto Independent Film Festival of CIFT; the Calgary Independent Film Festival; The Crime List; the Miami Indie Film Awards; Venice Shorts; and the Best Shorts Competition. The film was a semi-finalist in the Calgary film festival and placed in the Top 10 of the Best Shorts Competition. Best Shorts called Revenge Inc. a “provocative” short film, and Craig earned a Best Actress nod. Dana Kellar earned a Best Supporting Actress nod at the Macabre Film Festival.
