Writer-Producer Steph West earned two Silver Telly Awards as part of a team of creatives who produced the veterans-focused short film titled Re-Story: Transforming Veterans Stories Into Art in partnership with the Columbus College of Art & Design, where West was a film and & video professor for three years. According to CCAD’s YouTube description of the film, it “kicked off the National Veterans Film Festival Presents series on Nov. 13–15, 2020 during National Veterans and Military Families Month. The premiere of the film was followed by a panel discussion with several CCAD faculty and students, as well as Veterans and VA staff. Viewers around the country tuned in virtually to watch the film premiere.”
