Producer Steph West executive produced and wrote her very first TV series as a reporter at The Other Paper titled To Catch A Killer. The show worked with Central Ohio law enforcement to shed light on cold cases and in conjunction with Central Ohio Crime Stoppers. Her efforts won The Other Paper the 2009 Media of the Year award from Central Ohio Crime Stoppers. The Other Paper was later sold to The Columbus Dispatch group and shut down.
